The Georgian pianist Giorgi Gigashvili, featured in the ECHO Rising Stars series and nominated by the Konzerthaus Dortmund, the Kölner Philharmonie, the Philharmonie Luxembourg, and NOSPR Katowice, makes his debut at the Palau’s Concert Hall with a program of high technical demand and refinement. The recital includes Sonatas by Domenico Scarlatti (K. 487, K. 29 and K. 113), Chopin’s Ballade No. 4, in F minor, Op. 52, a new work by Nino Beridze commissioned by ECHO, a piece by Lili Boulanger, and the Miroirs cycle by Maurice Ravel. A recital that combines timeless classics with premieres and rediscoveries, performed with the sensitivity and virtuosity of one of the most promising young talents of his generation
